How are my windows and doors created?


A room for customer's service

The whole story begins in this room, in our headquarter site or analogical one at our representative's. It is exactly the place, where our worker establishes the size, shape, color and other woodwork features with you. He plans, advises, but mainly, listens to you in order to transform your expectations into a technical language in such a way, as colleagues working in other departments would not avoid anything from, sometimes imprecise, dreams. If need arises, he also visits a place where woodwork seems to installed in order to define the exact sizes and see the building specificity.







Technical Preparation Department

The second stage begins here. Nowadays, human experience is supported by the latest technology. In this room the entire documentation of production is created. Moreover, it is here, where if need arises, the materials and additional elements (e.g. panes, blinds) are ordered. Close relationship between workers of production preparation and the ones who take an order, guarantees the information fulfillment and dispel any doubts connected with newly designed windows and doors. Our company is customer-oriented (not, so called typical one) and each order is treated individually.







Workshop

Digitally steered machine (and similar ones) cut the elements of future windows and doors with the accuracy that we could only dream about not so long ago. Such precision guarantees the ideal items fitting, and even more, high quality and product's permanence. Timber, which is the main material, is delivered from verified suppliers - it eliminates unpleasant accidents while profiling. Nothing can be broken or chipped, etc.







Drying Kiln

Such items made to measure need to be glued together. In order to achieve it, we use glues of high quality and simply let them work themselves. Another stage is impregnation. This long-term, but at the same time needed process, proves that modern woodwork of good companies has nothing to do with the one known from large-board building from Polish People's Republic (pol. PRL) times. The frequent painting (varnishing) takes place if all timber elements are protected from the inside. Creating the outer protection in a form of a few lacquered layers (well-matched) is also time-consuming. Each time, the lacquer layer must dry, however, as you know: THE ONE WHO MAKES SOMETHING QUICKER DOES NOT ALWAYS MAKE IT BETTER.

After the stage of drying, another activities must take place, such as: glazing, installing the additional elements as covers, seals, fittings, embellishing items and others. We co-operate with verified suppliers that's why we are sure that woodwork, which took so much work, energy and heart, will be fulfilled with elements of high quality.
