NT 60 PT - door
System description
The system of door profiles with a frame to be 60 mm wide and three-chamber structure with a thermal plate.
NT 60PT allows to produce single and double door, open from the outside and inwards with different threshold solutions. The system also provides an easy assembly of accessories, what considerably accelerates building a construction.
In NT 60PT it is also possible to produce doors with a central ferrule groove (so-called inside rebate corner hinges), in which a three-chamber symmetrical structure of profiles and using two joints twisted in each corner, enable to make stable corner connections.
In the system there have been used rebate corner hinges, what makes the assembly of door leaves and its full control easier.
Characteristics of system
- compatibility with Rother systems of Ponzio series (especially with a frame to be 60 mm wide)
- faced coplanar door leaves
- many variants of producing door leaves: with a kick (wide beam) or a leaf cut at an angle of 45 degrees, with or without a threshold
- possibility of using fillings to be: 8-48 mm thick
- using modern double-component gaskets from EPDM
