NT 78 EI
System description
The system of fire doors and partitions is designed for accomplishing interior and exterior fire-walls in the fire resistance class from EI15 to EI60, with a single door (maximum dimensions of the leaf: 2400/1400) and double door (2400/2400).
Ponzio NT 78EI is characterized by the very low value of overall heat-transfer coefficient – thanks to application of special, roll formed thermal plates to be 35 mm wide and gaskets. The system has two types of fire resistant fillings: gypseous boards as well as innovative aluminosilicate fillings.
In class EI 60 it is possible to fill profiles with aluminosilicate only in the central chamber, what makes prefabrication of products considerably easier.
The system of glass settling, drawn up by technicians from Ponzio, definitely makes the assembly easier through reducing of milling window pane board. The range of glazing in the system is from 8 to 42 mm.
